    • No blame game allowed here. If you are not happy with your life, fix it. It is 100% up to you!


  1. 2. Do something every day that sets you up for success the next day
    • Make your lunch for tomorrow, get gas, make a list of what you want to accomplish. No room for procrastination


  1. 3. Journal
    • Journaling every day keeps you focused on the things that matter. When I journal I reflect on what inspired me, what motivated me and what surprised that day.


  1. 4. Schedule personal and professional development
    • Don’t just hope for this to happen. Identify where you would like to see growth in your life. Reach out to find the resources to make it happen.


  1. 5. Give back
    • Give one hour a week. Don’t say you are too busy – everyone has the same number of hours in a day. Do your part to make the world better.


  1. 6. Surround yourself with the people who matter
    • You are the average of the 5 people you are around the most. Be a great friend!


  1. 7. Joy
    • My personal word for 2018! Do things every day that bring you joy. Simple things – fresh flowers, a clean car, burning candles – can bring joy. You don’t have to say ‘yes’ to everything that is asked of you.


  1. 8. Be a person of your word
    • Your word and the words you speak is what people will remember most. Choose your words wisely.


  1. 9. Stay Healthy
    • Sleep, water, exercise….repeat


  1. 10. Write it down
    • Write a yearly vision in January – that’s what successful people do.
