Brown and DeLine is pleased to announce that Rachel Wojahn and Lily Kostova have joined our team.
Rachel is an Ann Arbor native. She attended the Douglas J Aveda Institute. After Cosmetology school she went to EMU, earning a BA in Business Management. With a business degree under her belt, she has decided to focus once again on hair dressing.
Rachel loves doing hair because of the creativity involved. The fun part of being a hairdresser is making people look and feel their best! A trip to the salon can turn a crappy day around.
Rachel chose Brown and DeLine because of our great reputation as a leader in continuing education.
Lily comes to us from Bulgaria. After completing a cosmetology apprenticeship there, she was an accomplished hairdresser for 9 years. She owned a successful small salon with her mother.
Lily came to the US in 2010. Unfortunately, her years of experience and cosmetology training in Bulgaria do not qualify her for a license here. To earn a Michigan cosmetology license, she is participating in our 2 year apprentice program.
Lily loves that hair design is a never ending learning process. There is always room for advancement and development. Techniques and trends are always changing. She is also a social person who loves working with people!
Lily found Brown and DeLine through a client referral. She came in for a haircut, inquired about the apprentice program and started a few weeks later.
We are so excited about these two great stylists!
